The goal here is to get hesitant cooks off and running while building skill levels and confidence.
You will notice, probably, that my approach is 99% whole-food, plant-based, no oil - per the Forks Over Knives way of eating. You don't have to do it this way. Make all of the dishes here your own. If it suits you to use oil, fine. Add butter, if that's important to you. However, I will show you that you can make delicious home-cooked food without any of those things - and save you some money in the process while improving your health and slimming down your waistline.
